Dr. June Francis Roño

Dr. June Francis Roño is the founder of TRiGroup and serves as its President and Chief Executive Officer. Dr. Roño holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Management degree and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. He received his post-doctoral executive education at Harvard University where he attended their Program on Negotiations. He is a trained negotiator and has many years of negotiating collective bargaining labor agreements, multi-million dollar business contracts, and numerous complex business deals, including mergers and acquisitions. In 2008, Dr. Roño was officially appointed as Fellow at the Institute of Strategic and International Studies, a think-tank body specializing in public and government policies and strategies in business organizations.

Having served over 25 years in several executive management positions in public and private entities, including a stint as a college Chancellor and Vice President, Dr. Roño has successfully provided organizational development and management in various organizations even in dysfunctional environments. In addition, he has also managed almost $1 billion worth of projects for several organizations, including school districts and private businesses.

Dr. Roño has taught management classes to MBA students and has conducted numerous lectures, seminars, and presentations, covering a variety of subjects both locally and internationally, including “Leadership and Management”, “Budgets in the Dwindling Economy”, “Contracts for School Construction- Protecting the District’s Interests”, “Public School Construction 101”, to name a few.

“Passion for excellence” is one of Dr. Roño’s mantra and he enjoys collaborating with clients to move their organizations forward.
